The above message is shown at freechromethemes.com. Our guess is that Apple will never allow Chrome to make it to AppStore. However it will probably be avaliable via Cydia for jailbreaked iPhones.
First of all Apple has addressed one common request within the iPhone’s Keyboard settings, allowing users to disable the iPhone’s auto-correction.
The other feature is for Japanese market – Japanese emoji icons. The lack of emoji support has been blamed as part of the reason for slow iPhone adoption in Japan.
The third new feature is Street View. It allows users to view panoramic street level photographs in select cities within the Google Mapsapplication.
Hopefully we will see more new features in this and next beta’s of 2.2 firmware.
Both ApolloIM and MobileChat were jailbreakapplications for chatting on the go with your iPhone/iPod touch. Alex Schaefer, ApolloIM’s founder, has recently joined the MobileChat development team. In a blog posting by the developer of MobileChat, he said that both applications underwent “friendly competition” and that, while there was no clear winner in the iPhone IM business, users got the benefit from the ongoing competition.
Now that Alex has joined the other team, you can expect that MobileChat will only get better. The post goes on to mention that Alex will be working on stability and user experience for the application.

PS: As for me, I like Agile Messanger much better.
The main purpose is bug fixing. Many applications work faster. Here is the list of changes:
Drag an app icon across multiple pages in one motion, rather than having to drag it, drop it, pick it up again and drag it over to next page, and repeat.
This is a tutorial, that shows step by step how to use installed Java on the IPhone. Just in case you do not have Java installed on your IPhone there is a tutorial how to do it.
Step 1: Create simple Java application, compile and run.
Create file Java4IPhone.java and put simple Java hello-world code there. I used the following code:
Upload to IPhone. I used /tmp directory. For uploading I used IPhone Browser.
Run Terminal.
Use command java -fullversion or jamvm -fullversion to see if java is avaliable.
Use command jikes to invoke java compiler.
Go to /tmp directory, using command cd /tmp
Compile. We need to specify classpath to basic java packages. If we do not do that, jikes will produce an error (see screenshot). So use the following command:jikes Java4IPhone.java -cp /usr/lib/rt.jar
After compiling Java4IPhone.class file should appear in the same directory. To run use commandjava Java4IPhone
Take a look at the screenshots. Hopefully you’ll have something similar.
